Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Solutions (EBS) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with our Solution Manager to deliver a series of mission critical projects for our Legal business partners. the candidate will work closely with the various delivery team leaders from Business Process, Design, Technical Services, Data Management, Change Management and System Integration to ensure project deliverables are created / submitted based upon the agreed upon schedule and align with the project stakeholder expectations. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful running large scale project management engagements. The Program Manager is accountable for the management and maintenance of key deliverables associated to each project, specifically:

o Project Charter

o Communication Plan

o Project Management Plan

o Project Schedule

o Scope Management Plan

o Benefits Tracker

o Risk Register

o Change Log

o Project Status Report

o Issue Log

o Value Tracker

The Program Manager candidate must be prepared to:

o Aggregate detailed plans from Business Process, Design, Technical Services, Data Management, Change Management and System Integration workstreams into a single comprehensive project view

o Deal effectively with ambiguity and guide the various workstream leads towards consensus

o Use Apple based tools for project reporting and communication (e.g Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro)

o Structure projects either using Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies that best aligns with variety of projects within the portfolio

o Serve as the first point of issue escalation for the workstream leads

o Document project work and status in Wrike (e.g. risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedule, tasks)

o Work closely wi th the Solution Manager on specific Change Management activities (e.g. comms creation and delivery)

o Coordinate deliverable development activities with the project's Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business Stakeholders

o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule

o Comfortable objectively communicating project status, issues and risks based on data to project sponsors and leadership

o Develop executive level project summaries as required using aforementioned tools approved by Apple

Additional Requirements:

o Minimum 5 years of managing large scale and complex programs

o Experience in Legal operations a plus

o Demonstrated large scale project management experience mandatory

o Demonstrated ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment mandatory

o 10 years project management experience, of which minimal 3 years leading large scale projects

o Excellent verbal and communication skills mandatory

o Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision mandatory

o Ability to work with Leadership and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning initiatives mandatory

o Executive presence and ability to influence outcomes when identifying innovative opportunities, presenting plans and building support for process improvements mandatory

o Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail mandatory
