Enterprise PMO Governance Manager
1+ Year Contract
Immediate new job opening for an Enterprise PMO Governance Manager to join our team and work on-site at our clients global Headquarters in Addison. This is an exciting PMO Governance opportunities to help create an establish a standardized enterprise PMO process.
This is a key role that will assist the organization in uniting their various PMOs and come up with a process that will be visible company-wide. This role will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. The right candidate will be independent and able to manage and run with projects by his or herself as well as work well on a team.
This role will be responsible for processing, organizing, and reporting the technology governance process according to new and established standards. They will work directly with the Manager of Tech Governance to define and maintain the procedures, work instructions and work products.
(BA or BS) Bachelors Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business or Finance
4+ years Experience working within an enterprise PMO
Experience creating governance processes within an enterprise PMO and seeing them through to fruition
Some technology experience
Some Data analytics experience
Experience performing audits to ensure process adherence and consistency of practice
Strong documentation skills; specifically documenting and maintaining Governance procedures and work instructions
Experience working with Enterprise Collaboration Platforms (i.e., Confluence and SharePoint)
Excellent skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Solid understanding of Project Management Standards (PMBOK)
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall processes
Understanding of database technologies
