10+ years of experience building phenomenal marketing programs with high impact and amazing creative thinking and quality. Successfully manage a team of diverse and creative thinkers. Skillful listener and active participant with your team. Great collaboration skills to bring together diverse teams and functions. Activate and empower Apple's routes to market with marketing program packages
Manage a team of passionate marketers and work with program teams in key geos; provide these teams with a clear vision and direction for marketing program efforts across the world.
Track business standard methodologies and insights and reflect them back to the broader market.
Establish best practices for working across industries to scale programs in meaningful and relevant ways.
Understand and channel the voice of business customers across businesses of all sizes internally.
Work cross-functionally to build compelling, visual and engaging content to support your team's marketing programs
Interact with executives in marketing, sales, marcom, PR and retail to gain alignment and consensus on program priorities, narratives and deliverables.
Work with diverse sales models to integrate programs into sales efforts around the world.
Analytical and data-driven with a strong grasp of market data, primary and secondary research, and an analytical approach to understand what is working and how marketing programs are performing and having an impact.
Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus
