In this role you will manage a team of highly creative marketers who have responsibilities for creating impactful marketing programs reflecting Apple's business strategy and vision to support both product and sales efforts. Marketing programs are designed to focus on building awareness, inspiring and educating decision-makers and leaders about the benefits and power of Apple products in business of all sizes across various industries. All programs are built for scale across various routes to market around the globe. You will be a unique combination of a creative and strategic thinker. An influencer who can work cross-functionally with product marketing, marcom, PR and sales while rolling up your own sleeves to deliver great marketing programs alongside your team.
10+ years of experience building phenomenal marketing programs with high impact and amazing creative thinking and quality. Passion for Business and helping users get the most out of Apple products and ecosystem Approachable personality that inspires interaction and consensus building with product marketing, marcom, PR, sales management and Retail. Successfully manage a team of diverse and creative thinkers. Skillful listener and active participant with your team. Great collaboration skills to bring together diverse teams and functions. A creative, passionate and authentic story-teller. Interactive and social media know how. Unyielding attention to detail across any deliverable.

  • Direct, execute and measure marketing programs to support Apple's efforts in business across the globe.
  • Activate and empower Apple's routes to market with marketing program packages

  • Manage a team of passionate marketers and work with program teams in key geos; provide these teams with a clear vision and direction for marketing program efforts across the world.

  • Track business standard methodologies and insights and reflect them back to the broader market.

  • Establish best practices for working across industries to scale programs in meaningful and relevant ways.

  • Understand and channel the voice of business customers across businesses of all sizes internally.

  • Work cross-functionally to build compelling, visual and engaging content to support your team's marketing programs

  • Interact with executives in marketing, sales, marcom, PR and retail to gain alignment and consensus on program priorities, narratives and deliverables.

  • Work with diverse sales models to integrate programs into sales efforts around the world.

  • Analytical and data-driven with a strong grasp of market data, primary and secondary research, and an analytical approach to understand what is working and how marketing programs are performing and having an impact.

Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus

Be a key player in our e-commerce revolution as an Online New Product Introduction (NPI) Programs & Systems Readiness Program Manager. The NPI Programs & Systems Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, influencing and planning to support key retail initiatives in conjunction with the launch of new products worldwide. By aligning people, process, and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the NPI moment is preserved and enhanced by delivering the best possible customer experience.
