We're looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to help plan and execute inbound and ABM enterprise marketing programs. This role will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to create, execute, and report on programs that drive awareness, engage prospective customers, and generate pipeline.Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Demand Generation, you will join a dynamic and empowering marketing team that operates with data-driven decisions, attention to detail, strong collaboration, and a commitment to maximize pipeline influence across multiple channels, including (but not limited to) events, SEM and display, email and nurture, 3rd party sponsorships, and direct mail.
Collaborate to execute innovative digital and field marketing strategies across account-based marketing and field programs, emails, webinars, 3rd-party programs, and more.
Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization as well as sales and other teams to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted marketing programs
Use "test-measure-learn" approach to iterate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results.
Measure and report on campaign results to track progress toward KPIs; share results with broader teams, including marketing, sales and customer success.
Keep up-to-date on best practices in demand generation and the latest marketing tools.
3-5 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience
Proven, data-driven inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels
Knowledge of current and innovative B2B demand generation methods across multiple channels (email, webinars, SEM/SEO, display, social, events, etc.)
Organized self-starter with the ability to plan, execute and measure multiple marketing campaigns at once
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
Experience in working with cross-functional teams including ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization
Creative, strategic problem solver with a strong work ethic
Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) and marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo)
Up to 20% travel
