We are looking for an Enterprise Implementations Manager to play a critical role on our Sales Enablement team. You will lead the project management and implementation of our Enterprise Clients. We need your skills as an excellent communicator who can set appropriate expectations, keep everyone apprised of progress and action items, manage project plans, and assist in balancing workloads and ensuring that we meet our commitments. You also excel at dealing with the complexities associated with enterprise customers.
The Enterprise Implementations Manager is the focal point for multiple, concurrent implementation projects that vary in size and scope. You will be accountable for the following aspects of each project:
Complete responsibility for the entire installation and implementation process lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, closing.
Assess and evaluate client needs and develop a project plan and objectives based on the assessment.
Facilitate conference calls and/or on site meetings for key milestones such as Kick Off Meeting, client requirements gathering, cutover, etc.
Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including - but not
limited to - project timelines, schedules, agendas and training plans.
Review work and technical documentation submitted by the business and development teams.
Keep stakeholders well informed of project status and serve as liaison between development teams, sales, clients and business.
Drive all tasks to completion in order to meet project goals.
Experience and Skills
Experience leading large projects, managing workstream to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service
Experience in a Customer-Facing Role
2+ years of experience working with ISV's or their merchant on boarding or implementations
3+ years of experience in the card processing industry preferred
BS/BA degree preferred
