We are looking for an Enterprise Implementations Manager to play a critical role on our Sales Enablement team. You will lead the project management and implementation of our Enterprise Clients. We need your skills as an excellent communicator who can set appropriate expectations, keep everyone apprised of progress and action items, manage project plans, and assist in balancing workloads and ensuring that we meet our commitments. You also excel at dealing with the complexities associated with enterprise customers.

The Enterprise Implementations Manager is the focal point for multiple, concurrent implementation projects that vary in size and scope. You will be accountable for the following aspects of each project:

  • Complete responsibility for the entire installation and implementation process lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, closing.

  • Assess and evaluate client needs and develop a project plan and objectives based on the assessment.

  • Facilitate conference calls and/or on site meetings for key milestones such as Kick Off Meeting, client requirements gathering, cutover, etc.

  • Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including - but not

limited to - project timelines, schedules, agendas and training plans.

  • Review work and technical documentation submitted by the business and development teams.

  • Keep stakeholders well informed of project status and serve as liaison between development teams, sales, clients and business.

  • Drive all tasks to completion in order to meet project goals.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience leading large projects, managing workstream to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service

  • Experience in a Customer-Facing Role

  • 2+ years of experience working with ISV's or their merchant on boarding or implementations

  • 3+ years of experience in the card processing industry preferred

  • BS/BA degree preferred

The Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supervising the design, proof of concept (PoC) and pilot implementation of an enterprise network and associated hardware and software. The major effort of this position is to plan, architect, design, and pilot the next generation enterprise network which includes cloud networking, software defined networks (SDN & SD-WAN) and wireless network technologies to support NCAOC's IT strategy. This position also serves as Tier 3 back up support of the enterprise network. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Architect, design, and implement Cisco network infrastructures including software defined networks (SDN and SD-WAN), network management, and control platforms/controllers (e.g., Cisco DNA Center, vManage, WLC, etc.), routers, switches, and other peripheral devices. * Plan, design, implement, and troubleshoot cloud networking solutions for AWS and Azure. * Participate in long- and short-term technology planning. * Plan, coordinate, and conduct proof of concept (PoC) lab tests to validate feasibility and usability of new network technologies and solutions. * Install or modify existing installations of networked computer hardware, software, and other components. * Work directly with vendors to design new network solutions and resolve network-related issues and incidents. * Participate in off-hours on-call support rotations. * Train technical staff at the system and building level to follow proper operating procedures necessary to maintain the integrity of the network. * Maintain documentation regarding network design, configurations, operating procedures, and service records relating to network hardware and software. * Assist in developing training for co-workers in the proper operation of the data center, wide and local area networks. * Coordinate with other technical groups for pilot implementations and rollouts of acceptable technologies, which requires extremely detailed technical consultation with Operations, Applications, and Security Divisions. * Orchestrate the testing and compliance of new technologies with existing systems. * Support the efforts of malware intrusion detection, quarantine, and resolution. * Assist in educating the organization of threats and preventive measures. * Identify and provide quick resolution to potential malicious network activity by internal network users as well as outside threats. This position reports to the Network Services Design & Engineering Manager. Work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies Knowledge of: cloud-based networking, software defined network (SDN), software defined wide area network (SD-WAN), and wireless network technologies; enterprise network product roadmaps and industry trends; network and computer system best practices and related technologies; network topologies to design, implement, and support networking infrastructure; NCAOC security policy; and industry security practices to determine security risks and strengths of networks. Skills in: network architecture and design; TCP/IP Internet protocol suite; routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP; network security protocols such as IPsec and TLS; IEEE standards such as IEEE 802.11 and 802.1x; network controller, router, and switch configurations; and troubleshooting internetwork related problems. Ability to: plan and manage complex projects independently; communicate effectively with team members and users to determine and resolve problems; design network implementations and refreshes that minimize the downtime to judicial branch networks; communicate technical information to lay persons; interpret and follow established employment and policies; produce highly technical documents; consider the implications of new technology implementations; and balance the application and system access needs of users with security considerations. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or another related information technology field and six (6) years of related work experience in computer systems networking, including four (4) years of dealing with responsible management and supervisory experience in network architect, design, implementation, and maintenance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Management strongly prefers CCNA certification. CCNP or above is also preferred. Attach cover letter andrésumé.
