Partner with internal enterprise team stakeholders to define, track, analyze and report on key metrics for the enterprise team.
Synthesize insights to help enterprise team drive improvements on key metrics thereby facilitating the delivery and acceleration of growth objectives.
Build and manage scalable financial models, such as enterprise resource planning, LTV/CAC, marketing planning and Unit economics to support planning and strategic decisions.
Track relevant Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and ongoing performance management and continuity of business operations outcomes.
Partner with data analytics team & FP&A on creation and maintenance/update of dashboards.
Assist FP&A team in development, tracking, reporting and analysis of results of financial plans and operating plans.
Support accounting in the monthly financial close process, such as enterprise revenue recognition and commissions calculations review, and collaborate with the broader FP&A team on operating expense planning and forecasting.
Assist with the build, implementation and administration of IBM Planning Analytics.
7+ years in functional business and/or operations role; enterprise SaaS technology industry experience is strongly preferred.
Strong fluency and proficiency with SaaS metrics is essential.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce is desired.
Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and comfort working with databases.
Ability to handle large volumes of data, drive insights through analysis and communicating to business partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience developing and/or implementing IBM TM1, IBM Cognos TM1, or IBM Planning Analytics, or similar multidimensional hierarchical data models preferred.
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
