5+ years of successful outside business-to-business sales experience - preferably in the staffing industry.
Cold calling experience and the ability to deliver professional, formal presentation.
Operations and management expertise, excellent customer service skills
Strong financial management skills to manage the P&L.
Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to lead and develop a motivated, quality driven sales/service team.
An entrepreneurial spirit and drive and are experienced in all facets of the strategic sales process.
