As an Enterprise Content Management Systems Analyst, you will be a member of the Application Development Support team. This role will be responsible for the supporting the Enterprise Content Management system. This position performs business and systems analysis and serves as a liaison between one or more business units and IT. This role will lead all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects that are small or medium in size /or complexity while supporting those functions for larger initiatives. This position will also perform day-to-day operational support and may be required to mentor other analysts.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years IT experience.

  • OR-

Associate's degree with minimum of 4 years IT experience.

  • OR-

High School Diploma/GED with minimum of 6 years IT experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business systems analysis experience.

  • Deep systems analysis and strong technical acumen.

  • MS SQL Experience (data analysis).

  • Minimum 4 years of ECM Manager/Administrator (OnBase preferred) experience.

  • Minimum 4 year of Image Capture (Kofax preferred) experience.

  • Demonstrated Leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated Critical Thinking skills.

  • Effective Communication skills.

  • Effective Organization and Time management skills.

  • Demonstrated Facilitation and Presentation skills.

  • Strong Interpersonal skills.

The program includes development and implementation of improved data quality, governance, modernization, and data solutions cross-functionally for U.S. Mortgage Insurance (USMI). This leader is responsible for building and maintaining collaborative partnership with IT, Data Stewards, and the Executive Data Council to deliver on EDM objectives to include: * Influence organizational structures to evolve enterprise data management * Decrease overall risk of data quality-related issues through developing a multi-year roadmap that also accounts for improved data governance and modernization best practices * Lead development of consistent data quality metrics and implementation of related data controls * Lead budget conversations for data management projects including internal and external resources * Manage technical execution of development projects * Research emerging trends such as big data, data warehousing, master data management and provide recommendations to continuously grow USMI's analytics capabilities at an enterprise-level YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead a team of Data Management Analysts to define an enterprise data strategy that supports the overall business strategy, corporate culture and focuses on continuous improvement in the following areas: Data Quality * Data mining exercises to identify data quality issues, root cause, and resolution based on data management best practices * Periodically audit data to identify areas that require additional focus * Improve compliance from an audit, SOX and risk perspective Data Governance * Increase effectiveness of Data Stewardship and Executive Data Council roles within USMI * Ensure proper control and change management * Establish enterprise business glossary of key metrics, report inventory, and reporting data sources * Establish and enforce data policies and procedures * Partner with IT to develop comprehensive data lineage documentation Modernization * Continually work towards establishing single reporting repository to reduce data duplication and quality issues * Ensure data management design is consistent with the enterprise architecture strategy and ensure that solutions add real business value * Influence self-service analytic capabilities for business functions * Identify new data needs, providing expertise to business functions and IT to incorporate into existing reporting repository * Understand data flow and synchronization between systems and improve master data management Communication, Education, People Management * Lead efforts to secure Enterprise Data Strategy adoption and support from data stakeholders, executive management, and business partners across the entire enterprise * Serve as a trusted adviser to direct reports as well as other stakeholders regarding current and leading-edge data tools/technologies, data management best industry practices * Responsible for people management activities including recruiting, development, performance management, compensation, distribution of work assignments, ongoing feedback, rewards and recognition YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred * Previous experience leading data management initiatives (data profiling, improvement, project execution accuracy, completeness, integrity, security, stewardship, and governance) * Strong understanding of data warehousing (Oracle, SQL, etc.) transformation (Informatica, etc.), and best practices * Previous direct experience with self-service analytics tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.) * Experience in documenting data lineage from operational source to reporting repository, including ETL * Strong people leadership skills that focuses on employee development and engagement, ongoing feedback, and creating an environment that champions diverse perspectives * Strong ability to make decisions and drive results that positively impact productivity, efficiency, overall customer service levels, and enhance company profitability * Progressive IT and business leadership experience with emphasis on Enterprise Data Management * Excellent knowledge of current and future technologies and trends * Ability to be a strong advocate for process and technology improvement * Ability to influence decision makers, drive consensus and broker solutions between parties with competing or potentially conflicting requirements * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the executive leadership team and business customers at all levels * Promotes the development of advanced skills for direct reports to enhance overall department effectiveness * Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, ability to effectively lead and drive change COMPANY Genworth Financial, Inc. is a leading insurance holding company committed to helping families achieve the dream of home ownership and address the financial challenges of aging through its leadership positions in mortgage insurance and long-term care insurance.
