This model is for those who love to travel and would involve regular travel across the US (primarily, but not limited to, our Centric locations listed above. We're looking for an Enterprise Collaboration Delivery Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

  • Strong leadership competencies. Proven ability to manage senior level clients.

  • Management of remote delivery teams.

  • Program & large project management experience of large technical projects (Agile and Waterfall). Ability to accurately estimate and scope proposed solutions.

  • Serve as an escalation point for the client and Centric account manager to resolve issues.

  • Willingness to travel in support of multiple clients.

  • Work with business stakeholders, architecture, technical and project management teams to drive business/technical requirements in support of the analysis, planning, design, and delivery of initiatives needed to implement modern workplace solutions.

  • Responsible for the successful execution of a complex programs to implement Client's Modern Workplace initiatives. Example activities include deployment and adoption of Microsoft's Office 365 and including additional services based on coordinated business requirements. This involves all facets of project leadership and delivery, including: planning, delivery (process, issue, risk and change management), relationship management, team leadership, and governance compliance.

  • Coordination with business and work stream leads and key stakeholders to confirm project success criteria, leverage resources, manage change and mitigate/ manage project risk throughout project life cycle. Create and manage holistic program plan and schedule to align technical, process, data and organizational change management work.

  • Technical requirements include:

  • Formulating strategies for digital workplace deployments

  • Creating adoption strategies for collaboration toolsets

  • Implementing security infrastructure for collaboration toolsets

  • Serves as an interface between team members, operational support teams, infrastructure, architecture, vendor support to ensure issues are escalated, classified, and documented properly.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation as well as assist with training and related materials as needed.

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree in a major commensurate with the position description and defined roles & responsibilities.

  • 7-10 years' experience leading collaboration and technical projects (like intranets, web builds and Office 365).

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft's modern workplace solutions, primarily Office 365.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to C-level client representatives.

  • Proven project management experience

  • Sales/opportunity support experience

  • Ability to listen, capture and translate requirements between different stakeholder groups (Business, Technical, Financial, etc.)

  • Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background.
