As an Enterprise Client Success Associate, you will be on the front lines of delivering value to our Health Systems clients. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly executing on client onboarding and optimization in collaboration with a pod team. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure front end user and operational contact engagement is high and experience is optimal on Zocdoc.
What you'll do:
Put the client's needs first in all you do! Work primarily on a dedicated book of Health System client accounts while also helping implement clients across the broader Health System existing business team.
Focus on client engagement by working closely with a pod team that includes a Dedicated Advisor, Implementation Leader, and Client Success Manager. Your primary focus on the team will be coaching clients to be product experts and training their teams on best practices so they become self-sufficient.
Proactively identify and correct any issues that could affect client satisfaction and loyalty
Execute on optimizations which includes following up with front end users and operational contacts to improve scheduling templates, the setup of provider profiles, and overall engagement of users.
Partner with your pod team to proactively suggest solutions to client challenges with the goal of maximizing retention and value delivery.
1-2 years professional experience in a client success, client service, or post-sales team.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships, managing client expectations, and advocating for clients.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a quick, curious learner.
Motivated self-starter with effective issue resolution skills.
Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
