The role of the AR/VR Enterprise Account Manager is a unique opportunity to be a key contributor to the sales strategy and execution in Facebook AR/VR. The position will primarily involve developing and managing relationships with key sales channels specifically focusing on end customer relationships along with AR/VR developers, VARs and LARs while creating and implementing partner specific business plans and supporting AR/VR initiatives that deliver AR/VR adoption, sales growth and deployment into the enterprise.
The candidate will possess superior analytical skills, communication skills and can effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, internally and externally. The candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally internally with the Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Operations and PR teams to create win-win scenarios with our customers to ensure that they deploy Facebook AR/VR solutions and amplify the visibility of those solutions to the industry and prospective customers.
Manage a large portfolio of enterprise opportunities, working in concert with team mates from Partner management, Program management and Solutions Architects in accelerating the adoption of Facebook AR/VR enterprise solutions
Develop and maintain an expertise of key horizontals (i.e. Corporate Training), key verticals (Medical, Travel, Real Estate and Retail as key focus for growth markets), competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position and apply that expertise to build and execute on new market opportunities
Be very competent in closing enterprise deployments at scale and within expected time horizons
Accel in over delivering and never missing timelines or details necessary to win business in the enterprise
Work with Marketing and PR teams to develop high-quality, consistent B2B marketing collateral to support sales teams
Relationships - build and maintain relationships easily at new and existing accounts to ensure that customer needs are met and to be aware of new opportunities

Knowledge of AR/VR
Experience in identifying, prioritizing and focusing managers and team on opportunities
Experience working with enterprise ecosystem as well as enterprise planning, buying & deployment of HW & SW
Experience working with digital technology and data/performance measurement trends
Demonstrated experience in maintaining a record of strategy creation, account planning, and BD and sales execution
Communication experience with a variety of influence styles to solve customer business challenges and drive results
Metrics driven - experience in solution selling for an integrated business platform, building pipelines and customer retention rates
Salesforce, Excel/Sheets and presentation experience
Experience in AR/VR e.g. Unity, Qualcomm, Microsoft
Exceptional communication skills to immediately gain the credibility of executive clients and a high performing team
