CRI Advantage is looking for a Program Coordinator that will provide support and documentation for our enterprise architecture team. They will ensure that IT architecture models, maps and artifacts are created, improved and documented.

Coordinate architecture staff and service owner architecture related activities:

  • Develop strategy documentation (e.g., roadmaps, project milestones).
  • Evaluate quality of deliverables and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Facilitate the creation of IT operational architecture models/capability maps.
  • Track technical solution reviews to delivery (performed by extended architects).
  • Enterprise Architecture activity report development:

  • Status and activity reporting as needed.
  • Ensure proper architecture artifacts are created, improved as needed, and posted to architecture website.
  • Track action items to resolution.
  • IM Investment Portfolio:

  • Collect and assemble IM-wide strategic investment information into annual publication (includes business value statements, risk, costs, project summaries).
  • Requirements

    Level of Expertise in Required Skill Set:

    Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Must have skills in communicating to senior management.

    Must have experience in interviewing for information and requirements gathering.

    Level of Expertise in Desired Skill Set:

    General operational IT experience (could be software, database, system administration, etc.).

    Able to aggregate technical information into cohesive, business language oriented, reports.

    Able to create IT models (e.g., using Visio, PowerPoint, Mindmap software, etc.).

    Able to coordinate work activities for other staff.

    Able to convey strategic IT concepts.

    Mandatory Requirements and Education/Experience:

    Must be a United States Citizen.

    Must work at the Idaho National Laboratory location (no remote work under this procurement).

    Must have relevant work experience.

    Must be able to obtain a HSPD-12 (Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12) badge within 6 months of starting position.

Vision: INL will change the world's energy future and secure our critical infrastructure. Responsibilities Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Program Manager to work part-time, 30-39 hours/week. In this role you will be responsible for program and project work, managing and administering large projects associated with Programs from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, and operations. Use knowledge of programmatic engineering, procurement, and industry processes, e.g., construction, operations, R&D, and business systems throughout the program to assure program scope is accomplished, schedules are met, and work is completed within budget. Support meetings and presentations to customers. Develop the scope and manage the development of budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and initiate action to assure program objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget. Resolve problems and coordinate operational requirements. You will be expected to provide leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performance project team. You will be responsible for program execution, budgets and schedule, and to the customer and management's performance expectations across DOE Laboratories and Headquarters.
