Title: Enterprise Architecture Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Duration: 6+ Months
Gain a full understanding of both the IMCOM G6 virtual hosting platforms and how they relate to daily operations
Work directly with the IMCOM G6 System Administration team and System Owners to create a conceptualized framework for both of the IMCOM G6 virtual hosting platforms
Analyze both ASP and ICASP operations to gather key elements, environmental relationships and the impacts each can have on the overall operation
Develop a multi-level visualization of both virtual hosting platforms to help define, document and sustain operations
Develop and maintain a Knowledge Base capable of supporting both of the IMCOM G6 virtual hosting platforms
Provide regular reports to the government
Create/design deployment guides/tutorials for both virtual hosting environments
10+ years as an enterprise architect
Superb project management, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
Subject Matter Expert in enterprise architecture
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to effectively work well with others
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
In accordance with AR 215-3 and the Crime Control Act, personnel requiring access to government Facilities must possess a favorably adjudicated Single Scope Back Ground Check as well as a National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) with a FINAL favorable investigation achieved. Additionally a favorable health assessment to include required immunizations is also required.
Information Assurance Requirement: Per DoDD 8570.1, the contract employee must possess one of the following DoD-approved baseline certifications associated with IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SCNP, or SSCP) within 6 months of start date.
Here are some additional items for the Enterprise Architect role based on our discussion with the customer yesterday afternoon:
Work with SMEs to diagram, identify and document the existing environment
Document dependencies between the environments, data flows and data types
Downstream impacts of issues
Focus on Risk Management Framework (RMF) strong plus to already have this experience
Strong with Visio (provided by Army)
EMAS Army tool for managing RMF
Strong system analysis skills
The architect resource will be working closely with the tech writer to document the existing environment. Although the environment has been around for some time, there is not much in the way of documentation.
