Develops strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy. Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development. Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management. A Secruity+ certification would be a huge plus.
Provides system/solution-level architectural expertise and data governance and management support to managers and technical staff in the TRANSCOM Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO).

Support USTRANSCOM in the design and construction of Cyber Dependency Analysis Architecture (CDAA) which provides the facility to map missions to the systems that support them and then to the network infrastructure those systems require in order to communicate.
Design DoDAF-compliant business architectures for enterprise data management processes to support total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements.
Processes architected for the EDMO include:
Data Security/Risk Management, Metadata Management, Data Acquisition, and Master and Reference Data Management.
Document USTRANSCOM guidance for data security and metadata management in Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) information systems.
Develops data access policies and guidelines for the Enterprise Data and Analytics Environment (EDAE). Advises the government of feasibility of potential future projects.
Conducting update cycles for the Combined Network Architecture-NIPR (CNA-N) and extending that architecture to address the USTRANSCOM SIPR Network with the Combined Network Architecture -- SIPR (CAN-S).
