Managers Note:

Banking or any retail or wealth or investment banking related.
Strong technology background
Cloud based huge plus/desirable
Container, Architecture desirable.
Familiarity framework is a plus for example (TOGAF, Zachman or Any EA)
Architect foundation person who have familiar with the program/framework.
Certification good to have but not required.
Minimum 5 years of Architect Experience
Previous developer and become architect for the last 5 Years would be fine
Eforms, Workflow, Some new Enterprise database, Visio, etc.
Should be able to have different knowledge of the Technologies and someone who know data in and out
Any platform good to have
Agile or Waterfall or devops experience good to have.
Bachelors or diploma or master or any who has good experience.
1.Responsible for informing cross-functional teams on recommendations, enterprise decisions and roadmaps for investment in improved or new capabilities, helping determine what capabilities the enterprise must develop to satisfy its customers, compete in a market, deal with its suppliers, and sustain operations.
2.Responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the project portfolio. The portfolio may consist of multiple complex, cross-functional projects in support of strategic business initiatives and regulatory requirements.
3.Liaise with other teams including, but not limited to Business (LOBs), Enterprise Information Security, IT Delivery, IT Architecture, Risk, Operations, Corporate Function for coordination on programs and projects.
4.A crisp and passionate communicator with the ability to simplify, communicate, and sell his or her vision/ideas up, down, and across the organization. Highly developed interpersonal skills someone who can be as effective through influence as through direct control.
5.Strong believer in data-driven innovation: ship, measure, improve, repeat. You relish looking at technical, business and consumer experience metrics to guide your path. You know how to deliver huge market changing innovations, in bite size pieces.

Experience of working seamlessly under various SDLC methodologies, i.e. Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile etc.

  • Experience with Integration technology and architecture patterns such as EAI, SOA, API, & Microservices

  • Experience with Cloud Technologies and Delivery Models

  • Experience with Big Data and Big Data adoption patterns

  • Experience with Architecture Governance, Guidelines and Patterns Desirable Good-To-Have

  • Experience in Banking, i.e. one or more area amongst Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, would be highly desirable.

  • Experience in providing Solutions for Enterprise Functions, i.e.HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement etc., would be highly desirable.

  • Hands-on Enterprise architecture experience (TOGAF Certifications, Zachman models, Oracle EAF etc.) -
    Direct or indirect Business Architecture Experience.

  • Familiarity/ Experience with Design Thinking, Customer Journeys, Rapid Proto-Typing etc.

  • Direct or indirect Experience in Technology Lifecycle Management, Application Portfolio Management, Technology Debt Reduction

  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation, Chat-Bots, AI, Machine Learning etc.

  • Familiarity with Information Technology infrastructure Years of Experience: - 10 to 15 Years of Technology Experience is a must

  • 5+ years of Architecture Experience is a must

Job Summary: The VP - BSA/AML Program Coordinator will be in a highly critical and visible role, reporting to the Director – Wholesale AML Advisory and will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Wholesale Banking providing technical regulatory guidance on complex and high risk BSA/AML compliance subjects. Major Responsibilities: * The VP - BSA/AML Program Coordinator will be responsible for working with fellow stakeholders within Financial Crimes Compliance and business partners to facilitate feedback on efforts related to process improvement, program enhancements, and strategic alignment with business and other Bank-wide programs relating to Wholesale Banking. * Supporting BSA Program Office management to provide SME advice on Wholesale Banking risks to Business Units which utilize Wholesale Banking offerings; * Interfacing on Wholesale Banking matters with the First Line of defense and providing support to the Director – Wholesale AML Advisory relating to Wholesale Banking product offerings and related projects; * Support BSA Program Office's oversight over Wholesale Banking-related AML processes conducted by the First Lines of Defense; * Develop and expand BSA Program Office's relationships with First Line partners; * Support reporting for senior management review of Wholesale Banking risks; * Participate in and/or monitor progress of Internal Audit engagements relating to Wholesale Banking to ensure senior management are informed, as needed; * Provide Line of Business Oversight for AML Compliance such as issues management and new products; * Ensure First Line procedures are consistent with, are comprehensive, and align to the Bank's AML policies; * Maintain awareness of and complete Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) on Wholesale Banking products/services, as needed; * Maintain awareness of and complete Products & Services Risk Assessments (PSRAs) on Wholesale Banking products/services, as needed; * Participate in key Wholesale Banking initiatives.
