External Description:

The Enterprise Alliances Sales Leader, Consultants and Agencies is responsible for indirect sales revenue in the consultant and agency space, leading a team of business development professionals. The Sales Leader's team will develop high level relationships to understand the partner's business, identify business problems or needs, and formulate effective value-added solutions to solve the business needs.

  • Responsible for new business development in order to meet team revenue goals and the organization's business objectives.

  • Operates as the escalated point of contact to the partner.

  • Responsible for oversight of sales execution process.

  • Ensures the sales process progresses in a timely fashion and chooses when to terminate the sales process.


  • Lead the team to identify new logo pursuits and successful progress sales to contract execution and billable revenue in the consultants and agencies space.

  • Ensure coordinated management within and across BUs.

  • Ensure effective governance and management of the teams' relationship with assigned partner(s) (across all individual products, verticals, and BUs) - balance competing priorities; spot and capitalize on synergies

  • Act as champion for Consultants and Agencies within Equifax - ensure sustainable success of the partnership(s) by ensuring value to the partner(s)

  • Balance a focus on day-to-day operations with a strategic focus on long-term opportunities and risks (working closely with BU and vertical leaders, sales leaders, product managers, and marketing managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of products developed and/or sold through assigned partnership(s)

  • Constantly search out, uncover, and ensure evaluation of innovation and new business opportunities within the portfolio - and ensure that adequate resources are assigned to pursue those opportunities

  • Help team ensure alignment between account plans for assigned partnerships, Equifax strategy (enterprise, BU, vertical, and channel strategies), partner strategy, and other Equifax products and third party relationships

  • Provide leadership oversight and support in negotiation of new contracts with assigned portfolio

  • Support the development of alliance tools, processes, and procedures and ensure that they are continuously updated to be in line with industry best practices

  • Coach and support individuals within the BUs who are managing the interface with partners (on an ad hoc basis)

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in client facing, strategic sales / partnership roles

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership

  • Experience selling data and insights driven solutions highly preferred

  • Experience in big data and insights including Fraud, Identity Verification, Sales and Marketing, and Risk industries highly preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field required.

  • M.B.A. preferred or equivalent business experience.
