What You'll Do

The Account Manager will be responsible for effectively selling across all levels of large Enterprise corporations (including: CxO, Lines of Business and Individual Contributors). They will have a background in delivering large strategic wins, an expertise working with a diverse partner base and a consistent track record of exceeding goals.

You will be using a Go to Market Sales Model- Driving Business Relevant /Customer Value Selling (engaging line of business and gaining sponsorship outside of IT), Strategic Account Planning, Business Disciplines and Challenger Sales strategies while ensuring alignment of current Area and Theater priorities. Driving Sales Achievement

  • Focusing on account and resource planning and allocation to drive sales attainment numbers. Accurately forecasting your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams; driving profitable growth. Financial Acumen & Performance

  • Analyzing your customer's financials to understand their pain points. Assessing consumption models needs per customer. Driving business planning and goal attainment.

Who You Are

  • An aggressive self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships, articulate Cisco's product and business strategies, create demand and close deals.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of working with complex technical solutions including calling on key decision makers and all other technical and business influencers.

  • The ability to negotiate solutions and resolve issues with peers, partners and customers employing a Win/Win philosophy.

  • An ability to work with Product Engineering Teams in creating integrated solutions that address complex problems with a focus on the Cisco value proposition.

  • Must have keen ability to position turnkey solutions and articulate primary vendor strategies to senior customer Executives.

  • Proven experience in processes for successful account management including forecasting, quota over achievement, sales presentations, short term, mid-term and long term opportunity management.

  • Requires a minimum BA degree or equivalent and 5+ years Account Management experience in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.

  • National travel is required.

Responsibilities The IT Product Manager – Enterprise Systems will serve as the technical supervisor overseeing a portfolio of custom developed and vendor provided applications that are utilized by CubeSmart's functional teams. The role will serve as the functional authority on all aspects of the assigned systems by synthesizing requirements from internal stakeholders, supporting internal and external development teams throughout the implementation of these requirements, coordinating releases, and managing the product road-map of the assigned applications. * Day to day management of a team of software developers, responsible for development assignments, workload monitoring, feature request intake and backlog prioritization. * Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to establish, document, and prioritize the technical requirements for the in-scope applications. * Oversight and execution of the system product road-map and proactive development initiatives to insure long-term application viability. * Management of product release schedule, and coordination with the business stakeholders to communicate the impact of releases and incorporating changing business conditions into the product roadmap and development backlog. * Development of test plans and product acceptance criteria for all product releases and responsible for ensuring that all product releases adhere to the established criteria and pass all applicable test cases. * Mentors software developer teammates and fosters a culture of collaboration, engagement, and adoption of software development best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related technical field. * 10 years' experience of software development/engineering, with experience developing enterprise-scale web/cloud-based software products. * Proven experience with multiple software development methodologies including Agile, Dev-Ops, and Rapid Application Development and the ability to determine the appropriate model to fit the project and business environment. * Proven experience and track record in developing project plans, translation of business requirements into technical specifications. * Proven technical project management skills, preferably in a software product development environment. * Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
