Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and solution-driven Enterprise Account Executive who prioritizes
customer relationships and consistently strives to exceed customer expectations. The ideal
candidate is passionate about technology and has a proven track record in cybersecurity or
compliance sales. This role involves demonstrating the value of SecurityMetrics' products and
services to potential customers, generating new business opportunities, closing significant deals,
and managing internal and external relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop cross-functional relationships to identify and grow business opportunities.
Manage a pipeline of 60+ accounts.
Maintain a conversion rate of 30% or higher.
Meet or exceed sales quotas.
Respond to customer and internal inquiries within 24 hours (same-day preferred).
Send proposals to prospective customers within 2 days or sooner.
Manage and foster cross-organizational relationships.
Demonstrate urgency in assisting customers and colleagues.
Work collaboratively as a team player.
Exhibit high initiative and high deference.
Dependable, cooperative, and contributive team member.
Establish yourself as a leader within the team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of direct sales experience with mid to large enterprises.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise services.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Experience in cross-organizational or team selling.
Quick learner with the ability to establish credibility swiftly.
Type: Full Time - Salary + Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100k to $190k based on experience
