Position Overview

We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in supply chain and logistics and SaaS selling to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology-driven solutions and possess a deep understanding of supply chain logistics. As an Account Executive at OneRail, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs, and demonstrating how our platform can address those needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a MEDDIC strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives.

  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of OneRail's platform and tailor presentations to demonstrate how our solution can address client-specific pain points such as reducing operational cost, increasing workforce efficiency, or increasing revenue.

  • Contract Negotiation and Execution: Utilize your expertise in contract negotiation to secure transactions ranging from $75,000 to $5MM. Gain a deep understanding of the OneRail proposition and value drivers to effectively justify costs and expedite the execution process.

  • Relationship Building: Identify the key stakeholders, cultivate and maintain strong relationships at client organizations, including C-level executives, procurement managers, and logistics professionals.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline in Sales Force, track progress, and provide accurate weekly forecasts to the leadership team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, solution engineering, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position OneRail's offerings in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Proven track record of SaaS sales.

  • Proven ability of understanding supply chain operations, logistics processes, and industry challenges.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline and track progress.
