The Ascentis Sales team is made up of dedicated sales professionals who come to Ascentis because they want something different than the big box experience. They want to be more than a number and make a true impact for their organization. As an Enterprise Account Executive you are responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition in an assigned geographic territory. Centered around our cultural norms, you will work in a fast-paced, innovative team environment where you are empowered to sell Ascentis Workforce Management solutions to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quota and business targets. Our Account Executives have a huge impact on the growth of our organization and their contribution creates a ripple effect that propels Ascentis forward in the marketplace.

What is a day in the life?

  • Lead a strategic, consultative, enterprise level sales process focused on providing better business outcomes for our target customers.

  • Prospect ("hunter"), qualify and close business within a defined enterprise territory. Develop detailed territory plans to include specific account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts which align the value of Ascentis to their needs.

  • Deliver corporate presentations and demonstrations both online and in-person to senior level business owners and executives.

  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track all pertinent information related to the opportunities and accounts to effectively manage your territory.

  • Collaborate with the broader account teams (Business Development, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Account Management) in a cross-functional teaming sales environment

The Enterprise Account Executive will work closely with our Pre-Sales Engineers to drive these transactions across their territory. Candidates will have an excellent track record of over-achievement working with some of the world's largest and most complex organizations. The Impact You'll Make The Enterprise Account Executive will help their clients to transform their network operations using automation and dynamic mapping. Candidates will make a massive impact in NetBrain's growth as a company as they look to close six and seven figure deals. Responsibilities What You'll Do * You will exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives * You will define and execute a territory business plan that outlines the target accounts and strategies for driving productivity and high-quality pipeline that ultimately results in predictable outcomes and over achievement. * You will be comfortable engaging at all levels of a Global organization across IT and all other lines of business * You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of key selling methodologies that focus on maximizing deal values and accelerating the customer buying process. * You will provide accurate forecasting and reporting of all sales activities through salesforce.com * You will leverage an extended team of business development representatives and Sales Engineers to maximize coverage and technology evangelism within target accounts * You will construct detailed account plans that drive initiatives and activity within accounts * You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of the agenda of the CIO and the impact of Digital transformation across all lines of business * You will construct complex technical and commercial proposals Qualifications Who You Are * You have 5+ years of technology/SaaS sales or equivalent experience * You have 3+ years of Field sales experience * You have demonstrated the ability to work in a value-based sales environment with a long sales cycle * You have the ability to learn and explain technical concepts to technical teams * You are experienced in selling Network solutions, SaaS preferred * You are willing to travel approximately 50% within your territory (when travel is deemed safe and viable) What We Offer * Company 401k match * Health, dental and vision benefits on day one of employment * A collaborative team environment * Access and visibility to senior leadership * Healthy rewards cash earnings program through Virgin Pulse Netbrain Technologies Atlanta GA
