We're looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our Consumer team and help initiate and grow some of our most strategic US relationships with Fortune 500 companies in consumer packaged goods, retail, food and beverage, healthcare, industrial. This role is based from New York, NY.

  • Formulate and lead appropriate account teams and technical resources to execute on a well-defined, collaborative pursuit strategy to acquire target prospects and orchestrate internal and external resources to close the sale

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and coordinate and drive the development of sales proposals

  • Maintain and build rapport with senior executives to formulate strong, long term business relationships built on trust

  • Lead negotiation of prices and contracts, and understands legal ramification of contracts

  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the GA's product and service offering, pricing structure, contract management parameters, policies and procedures

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline according to targets, and provides clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities

  • Develop and grow existing account relationships by deeply understanding how GA can partner best with our clients on an ongoing basis

The ideal candidate for this role would have:

  • 6+ years of management consulting, ad agency or enterprise sales experience

  • A strong command of the digital ecosystem

  • Ability to manage complex and lengthy sales cycles

  • Ability to identify client challenges, and develop creative solutions in close collaboration with clients

  • Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with Fortune 500 decision makers (typically SVP level)

  • A demonstrable track record of high performance

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills

  • Experience creating complex client proposals

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and practice: you enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and getting your hands dirty to build something great

VIEW JOBS 9/10/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-12-09T00:00 Overview and Responsibilities The Consumer Products division brings on-air programming to life through creative design, retail programs, and on the ground marketing events. The Home Goods team makes sure that their specific product categories are properly executed and have strong presence across the market. The team is responsible for signing partners to manufacture products based on our TV shows and then help our partners manage to get them to retailers and ultimately into consumer's hands. As the Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to participate in the product development process from start to finish. * Assist manager with creation of targeted presentations for business updates, pitch meetings, and internal needs (e.g. property/category one sheets) * Conduct regular store checks and provide competitive analysis reports * Oversee product development and ensure development is within contractual rights * Coordinate business reviews, line reviews, and product development meetings with licensees and Nickelodeon Creative Resources on an ongoing basis * Assist with requesting, collecting, and organizing visual line lists * Assist in researching potential new partners * Maintain and upkeep sample/inventory closets * Shipping and packaging of samples upon request * Gathering and recommending product for various internal requests – executive basket distribution, showrooms, and on floor displays * Act as liaison between licensing group and the various departments with which it interacts, specifically creative and marketing groups * Develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners including licensees and other lines of business within Consumer Products * Help with administrative duties such as updating and maintaining licensee contract charts * Assist with travel needs and secure badges for various industry trade shows * Competitive Research Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint * 1-3 years experience in Consumer Products, Licensing or related field (strong internship experience valued) Additional Qualifications * Strong organization and communication skills * Strategic & Creative thinking #LI-ND1 Viacom New York NY
