The Role

Jump start your Supply Chain Career at Entegris. Our Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is uniquely designed to provide new to market and entry level professionals meaningful exposure to the core supply chain disciplines that drive our business. The ELDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the company's custom learning curriculum.

ELDP seeks to advance the development of talented supply chain professionals through the completion of three 12-months assignments in the areas of planning, logistics, and sourcing. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure to high level company mentors, active learning events with senior leaders and challenging project work that directly contributes to key corporate and divisional objectives. Culminating in a permanent job placement within the ranks of Entegris, this program seeks to accelerate the process of identifying and positioning high potential future leaders of Entegris.

In this role you will

Rapidly build upon your technical capabilities:

  • 3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of planning, logistics and sourcing

  • On the job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to business unit deliverables

  • Online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in the core disciplines the fuel Entegris

Expand your internal network within Entegris:

  • Face to face interactions with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings

  • Circulate across functional lines working within diverse high performing project teams

  • Establish meaningful relationships with seasoned mentors that are technically and commercially accomplished

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

  • Aligned employment start date with the ELDP program start date - June of 2021

  • Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, data analytics, engineering with a strong GPA - completed as of June 2021

  • New to the job market or at the early part of their career

  • Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefit package

Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision, Life, Disability insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid vacation * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Employee Vehicle Purchase Program * Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities * Greets customers upon arrival as well as communicate with them on the telephone providing information, scheduling appointments and collecting customer vehicle information. * Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, insurance companies and co-workers. * Listens to customer requests and completes a proper, clear explanation on the work order. * Thoroughly checks the customers' vehicles to determine all damage to the vehicle include: structural, exterior and interior damage, overall body and mechanical issues. * Calculates the estimated cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each affected item on the vehicle as well as the estimate for the salvage value of the total vehicle. * Review with the customer the cost effectiveness of repair versus replacement of parts. * Determine costs associated with repainting or other applicable customizing that may be required. * Proper completion of insurance claim forms to indicate repair or replacement cost estimates and specific recommendations. * Other duties may be assigned by management * Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. Qualifications * Three or more years related experience in the collision repair industry. * Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word. * ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus. * Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record. * Great attitude with high-energy personality, * Excellent customer service skills. * Professional appearance and work ethic. * Ability to work well in a process driven environment. * Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
