Description

Oversee enrollments, contract entry and audits across all markets for Residential and Commercial customers. This role also includes responsibilities related to interdepartmental communication and processes to ensure that all customer agreements are fully

executed and enrolled. This role also oversees MarkeTrak issues that need to be worked in the ERCOT market on a daily basis and complying with ERCOT guidelines and PUC regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prepare and analyze metrics for the Operations/Enrollments meetings

Develop and analyze reports related to customer enrollments

Automate manual processes related to customer enrollments

Lead all daily activities performed by Enrollment team members including processing enrollments, working exceptions, coordinating Marketraks, and tracking forced move outs

Build validation processes for exception management and to ensure processes are completed

Handle special projects as requested by manager

Manage vendor relationships, especially with vendors for enrollments and EDI

Help maintain staff performance, morale, and productivity by ensuring that systems are in place and functioning well

Requirements

5+ years of retail electricity operations experience

Experience with complex process and personnel management

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to work with a multicultural team and have superior interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, as well as set priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent management and supervisory skills

Ability to communicate effectively in written form and verbally

Committed to professional ethical standards and be a confident decision-maker.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree required
