Through rapport building and a customer focused approach, we help students move smoothly throughout the enrollment process similar to an on campus admissions counselor. We focus on removing barriers to knowledge and creating opportunities that amplify the potential of learners and employees.
What You'll Do:
Support prospective students through the enrollment process
Establish rapport and create a remarkable student experience
Remain focused on what is best for the student and go the extra mile
Work as a team. Be ego-less and partner to find the best solutions
Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Bisk information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
Who You Are:
Student-centered, with a strong sense of personal integrity
2-4 years of phone based experience
Prior enrollment experience preferred
Proven track record in consultative enrollment strategies
Ability to work day, evening and flexible weekend schedules
Passion for continuous professional education & lifelong learning
Experience with SalesForce is a plus
