Description
Position Summary
Walsh University is seeking an Enrollment Operations Specialist to support Degree Completion and Graduate Admissions recruitment and enrollment operations. This position is responsible for the day-to-day data and communication management for the department. Primary responsibilities include running enrollment reports, importing and updating student information, assisting with email communication and recruitment mailings, transfer evaluations and proper organization of the CRM database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Reports directly to the Director of Degree Completion and Graduate Program Enrollment
Assists the Director of Enrollment Operations with tasks that support admissions processes
Coordinates the processing of all applications and supporting documents
Assists with data entry into CRM as well as entering, updating and maintaining student information
Compiles and submits electronic record files for all Degree Completion and Graduate applicants upon enrollment
Assists with running necessary enrollment reports
Performs credit evaluations for degree completion inquiries and applicants
Maintain transfer equivalencies in TES (Transferology)
Oversees the collection of public records requests to increase prospect volume
Builds and maintains event campaigns in enrollment CRM
Assists with email communication and recruitment mailings
Research adult enrollment trends and application requirements at like universities
Prospect new admission pathway opportunities with community college partners
Perform all other related duties as assigned or required
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Must understand and support the Mission, Vision and Code of Ethical Conduct of Walsh University, as a Catholic higher education university as expressed in Ex Corde Ecclesiae, and possess the following:
Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.
Work Experience:
One to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with mainframe systems Banner (SIS) and Salesforce (CRM) preferred.
Experience creating automated workflows and communications preferred.
Skills and abilities:
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with charity towards students, staff and faculty. Positive attitude a must.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and on a team to collaborate with internal and external parties.
Ability to resolve problems and to develop relevant alternatives and recommendations.
The qualified candidate must be able to work within deadlines and have the ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
