About This Role:
The enrollment marketing coordinator serves as an integral member of the the Enrollment Management marketing team. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and coordinating the strategic marketing initiatives aligned with the Office of Student Success. Lamar University is seeking a talented and motivated candidate to take creative charge of the design, development, and production of content for print and electronic communications related to enrollment and retention, including supporting the marketing activities of Student Tutoring and Retention Services (STARS) and the University Advising Center (UAC) teams. This includes identifying creative strategies and providing direction for advertising, marketing materials, and outreach campaigns. Additionally, this position will coordinate all current student communications utilizing the office's Student Success Management System (EAB Navigate), the Student Information System (Banner), CRM System (Slate), and other communications software platforms for analytical tracking and assessment of marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do

Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Works in an office environment for 6 to 8 hours
Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment that does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements.
Regularly use desktop and/or laptop computer.
Occasional lifting, pushing, climbing, and pulling may be required. Work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks.
Occasionally lift 10-15 pounds

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communication or related field.
Minimum one to two years of work experience in sales, marketing, communications, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications
