Reporting to the Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Coordinator for Graduate Programs provides essential support services for the CST Graduate Office. The Enrollment Coordinator responds to inquiries about the various graduate programs, processes applications, and generates TA/RA appointment letters. Works with CST departments and liaises with other units across campus including the Graduate School, Registrar, Bursar, and International Student and Scholar Services to provide graduate student services. The Enrollment Coordinator acts as the liaison between the College, CST Graduate Affairs Office and the University's central IT department, in order to resolve issues relating to the new CRM application. Serves as the point person in the College for CRM-Recruit. Provides administrative support, maintains accurate records, prepares reports and correspondence, oversees meeting and event arrangements, processes TA and RA appointment contracts, and supports the needs of the CST Graduate Affairs Office. Utilizes TUMarketplace to order supplies and materials, as well as submit bills for payment. Prepares travel expenses through Concur. Trains and supervises work-study students, temporary employees, and contractors providing services for the office. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least two years' experience in higher education, preferably admissions or university student services. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Google App Suite, and Ellucian Products (Banner, CRM)
Proficiency in database management.
Ability to schedule events using electronic calendars
Ability to manage and prioritize several complex tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
Excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty and staff.
