THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be a key player in our team as you manage the pipeline of applicants, match providers with regional center consumers, and create meaningful connections with families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the pipeline of applicants by accurately tracking and updating their progress throughout the hiring process

  • Verify employment eligibility and expedite criminal background checks as needed

  • Assist families' chosen providers and respond to consumer questions and concerns

  • Attend trainings, manage program preparation functions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

  • Maintain an active pipeline of providers through sourcing efforts

You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person 1x per week at our Roseville office.

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23.00-$24.00/hr.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Spanish fluency preferred

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience and

  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
