Job Title Enrollment Assistant (Part-Time) Job Description
The Enrollment Assistant is a part time position (up to 25 hours per week) located in either Union or Anson County. Under the Director of Admissions, the Enrollment Assistant provides high quality service to students and employees to achieve a high standard of excellence and innovation by supporting the enrollment process through application processing, preparing student records, document imaging, and collaboration across multiple areas of the campus.
Essential Duties Summary
Provide exceptional customer service
Individually process student applications, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Assist with updating and maintenance of student records (i.e. general application, data entry/name changes, address changes/telephone numbers)
Process and review physical and electronic transcripts for course completion, GPA level, and test scores for RISE and direct placement of MAT271 criteria.
Assist in organizing and maintaining all "no record" documents
Clean up data entry errors from Informer Reports and Compliance Department Reports
Provide hands-on organization and filing of records
Maintain confidentiality of all records within local, state and federal guidelines (FERPA)
Maintain integrity of the institution through accountability, accuracy and ethical behavior
Accurately enter test scores into the Student Management and/or Document Imaging Systems
Ensure all documents upload and file correctly to the Document Imaging System
Assist with document imaging students' records/files to include clean up and maintenance of files
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or full-time equivalent of two years' experience in assessment field
Customer service experience, minimum of one year full-time
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Educational work experience (secondary or post-secondary level), minimum one year full-time
Experience working with student records
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Colleague
