Job Summary

Job Summary

This position is responsible for executing training policies, procedures, business practice management, implementation of live and online registration, as well as monitoring, documenting, and reporting training completion. This position provides continual enrollment and operational expense management of the Enterprise Talent Development (ETD) course/training catalogue, leadership development suite, and customized training and organizational development services. This position also leads the coordination, implementation, communication, management and assessment of ETD's ongoing training, program activities and expenses.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Two (2) years of para-professional experience, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary training, education and/or experience that demonstrates the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Experience working with learning management systems;

  • Demonstrated experience with detailed research, data analysis and problem solving;

  • Basic accounting procedures sufficient to review invoices, expense statements and business plans for accuracy;

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details and multi-task with competing priorities;

  • Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, presentations, reports, promotional materials, surveys and other communication using Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Ability to write and edit using AP style and plain language;

  • Proven human relations skills sufficient to work with a variety of employees and customers demonstrating professionalism and tact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with expense management;

  • Experience with accessibility standards;

  • Experience working with the State's ELM system;

  • Experience with website management (SDL Tridion).

The Provider Enrollment Team Lead, provides a leadership role on a team that is responsible for processing enrollment applications from health care providers, health plans, counties and tribes who are requesting to enroll as a Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) provider. This position will interpret and apply federal and state requirements for determining the eligibility of and enrolling counties, health care providers, provider groups and other health care entities into Minnesota Health Care Programs MHCP. The position will coach, train and advise staff providing information and enrollment-related customer service supports. Job Responsibilities Include: * Coordinating and accounting for daily activities associated with the section's provider enrollment operations. As lead worker, coach, train and advise staff providing information and enrollment-related customer service supports. * Responsible for coordinating daily operations associated with the MMIS and online enrollment system. Consult and instruct staff adding new and correcting existing provider data in the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Provider Subsystem and online enrollment portal. * Provides leadership, guidance, business, technical expertise and coordination to activities by performing analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of health care initiatives as they relate to the Provider Enrollment unit. * Will function as the team lead responsible for compliance with multiple compliance audits, including but not limited to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid's Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM), the Medicaid Integrity Audit and Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA) audits. * Preform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years professional experience leading a group or project and demonstrated experience in the following health care functions: provider screening & enrollment, provider billing, provider credentialing, member eligibility and enrollment, health care benefits for government programs. * Bachelor's Degree in human services, business, healthcare or related field may substitute one year of professional experience.
