This position is responsible for executing training policies, procedures, business practice management, implementation of live and online registration, as well as monitoring, documenting, and reporting training completion. This position provides continual enrollment and operational expense management of the Enterprise Talent Development (ETD) course/training catalogue, leadership development suite, and customized training and organizational development services. This position also leads the coordination, implementation, communication, management and assessment of ETD's ongoing training, program activities and expenses.
Two (2) years of para-professional experience, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary training, education and/or experience that demonstrates the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Experience working with learning management systems;
Demonstrated experience with detailed research, data analysis and problem solving;
Basic accounting procedures sufficient to review invoices, expense statements and business plans for accuracy;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details and multi-task with competing priorities;
Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, presentations, reports, promotional materials, surveys and other communication using Microsoft Office Suite;
Ability to write and edit using AP style and plain language;
Proven human relations skills sufficient to work with a variety of employees and customers demonstrating professionalism and tact.
Experience with expense management;
Experience with accessibility standards;
Experience working with the State's ELM system;
Experience with website management (SDL Tridion).
