Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and complete enrollment packets for new or existing clients.

  • Mail and track packets sent to clients.

  • Review completed packets for errors.

  • Mail and track completed packets to insurance payers.

  • Follow up with payers on receipt and acceptance of packets.

  • Track enrollment progress with ViaTrack and Payer software.

  • Troubleshoot issues with enrollment.

  • Look for opportunities to improve processes.

  • Coordinate "go-live" time tables with sales and support groups.

  • Maintain various payer enrollment procedures.

  • Work with existing clients on new physician enrollments.

  • Work with support on technical issues that may arise from improper enrollment or enrollment changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 plus years of experience in customer service experience.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, etc.)

VIEW JOBS 1/10/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-09T00:00 Description The Rollins School of Public Health (RSPH) Office of Admissions and Student Services (OASS) is a dynamic team including Admissions and Recruitment, Enrollment Services, Community Partnerships/Community Engaged Learning, and Communications. Enrollment Services intersects with both central University offices (Registrar, Financial Services, and Financial Aid) as well as with six departments and the Executive Master of Public Health program within RSPH. The Associate Director of Enrollment Operations is a new position that will manage day to day enrollment operations for RSPH's 1200 MPH and MSPH students. The Associate Director of Enrollment Operations is a key position managing the day to day enrollment operations of the School's 1200 MPH and MSPH students. This position supports the student experience primarily through working collaborating with Departmental advisors. As part of a team, the Associate Director will assist in process and systems improvement. This role also supports the Office of Academic Affairs. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Assures accuracy of all student enrollment records' data including student program plans, student sub-plans affecting accurate tuition posting, anticipated graduation dates, external residency programs etc. Coordinates activities with appropriate departments that have different program options and demonstrates the ability to explain program options to customers and professional staff. Processes and enters student data changes such as course withdrawal requests, leave of absence, grade change status requests, enrollment status to residency status, degree extension plans, etc. Reviews and monitors compliance of change in status to assure compliance with University policies. Manages the Special Standing and ARCHE registration processes. Manages the RSPH Enrollment Services email account. Manage course scheduling process including entering courses into CLSS and assigning rooms. Coordinates the degree audit process with the Director for three graduation dates per year. Primary contact for updates and creation of Department publications such as the RSPH Catalogue, Clifton Notes, etc. Serves as point of contact for managing data and responding to data requests. Completes ad hoc data requests and annual data requests for reporting purposes. Assists with daily operations of Academic Resource Center and Honor and Conduct Code. Assists with administration of Honor and Conduct Code policy. Manages projects related to the enhancement of unit services. Implements new processes and makes recommendations for process effectiveness and efficiencies. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program(s) and five years of program related experience, OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Demonstrated experience analyzing and using data to inform decision making. * Experience in systems such as PeopleSoft, Leapfrog's Course Leaf, Slate CRM. * Experience with Excel or other software for data analysis and reporting.
