As a User Assistance Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about ENOVIA web apps from a user's perspective and gain hands-on experience in user assistance. Your projects might include creating short training videos about different ENOVIA app features, learning how to navigate the apps, checking the online user help, and helping the User Assistance team with writing projects.
This is a paid internship spanning from May through August 2019 in the Dassault Systmes Americas Campus located at 175 Wyman St, Waltham, Massachusetts.

What will your role be?
Helping the User Assistance team with documentation projects. Creating a series of short videos demonstrating the basic functionality of ENOVIA web apps for customers
Your Challenges ahead
Using Camtasia software to create the videos, sync video and audio tracks, and edit tracks.
Navigating through a web app and checking for the existence of online user help.
Working with XMetaL XML authoring software in creating or editing online help topics
Supporting the user assistance group by working on various short-term projects
Your Key Success Factors
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program for the duration of the internship
Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
Works onsite at the Dassault Systmes Americas Headquarters location
Possesses basic knowledge of video editing, picture and audio syncing and video pacing
Works independently and/or within a collaborative team structure
Demonstrates strong functional use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Possesses well developed communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
Demonstrates an interest in learning how to navigate ENOVIA business apps
