  • Effectively test electronic assemblies in a high m ix, low volume manufacturing environment

  • Troubleshoot electronic assemblies to component level as needed to meet production requirements

  • Completion of detailed test reports and documentation as required


  • AS in Engineering Technology or related field BS Engineering preferred

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing test environment preferred

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Effectively work in a team environment

  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level on electronic assemblies

  • Ability to communicate well with co-workers/customers

Our Test Tool Engineers support engineering development projects involving software systems, networks, and telecommunications technologies. You will design, develop, and document automated test tools and equipment and provide ongoing technical support for existing test fixtures. You are responsible for * Design and develop software testing applications for automated testing equipment to be used for integrating and testing of electromechanical biomedical devices. * Design electronic and mechanical hardware for automated test systems. * Work with drafting, model shop, manufacturing engineers and technicians to design and build improved assembly and test equipment for both electro-mechanical and electronic assemblies to improve quality and efficiency as well as mitigating human errors. * Provide engineering support for new product development relative to testing equipment needed to achieve reliability and performance within acceptable process capabilities and delivery goals * Perform software validation and verification * Author documentation to support design, development, and qualification for automated systems.
