Join the R&D RF Lab Team as an RF Technician. In this role, you will actively work on RF testing, assemble RF modules, and collaborate closely with R&D engineers to develop cutting-edge technologies for mobile applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble and test Evaluation Boards with RF devices such as amplifiers, filters, switches and modules.
Run test routines to evaluate the devices on evaluation boards.
Solder RF devices and SMD's to evaluation boards with part size of 01005 and 0201.
Test extremely small modules using automated machines and sometime run multiple machines.
Using probe equipment to measure small signal on evaluation boards, laminates, and wafers.
Qualifications:
2-year technical degree focusing on RF, electronics, or analog technology or 1-2 years plus experience troubleshooting RF or electronic systems
Desire to learn new things, be a quick learner, and willingness to be trainable to Qorvo standards
Desire to work in RF field and perform multiple functions associated with solving RF problems.
Familiar with RF lab equipment, such as: vector network analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, power supplies, or voltage meters
Solder small parts under a microscope for extended period of time
Communicate clearly and willingness to ask questions when needed
Flexible in a changing environment.
Organized and detailed oriented
Good written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Office tools: power point and excel
