Engineering Support Technician (Mayville)

Overview

The primary focus of this position is managing information and data that goes into our computer data system that is used to build our customer and our own products. This includes entering the list of parts needed to build the product, materials, and shop operations. This role also manages customer engineering documentation that is used by our Engineering and Quality Departments to support the manufacturing of our customer's products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creation and maintenance of bills of materials and shop routings in our computer data system. This role is critical for the creation and releasing of engineering information that drives our teams in Operations, Purchasing, Accounting and others.

• Gather needed documents to process new and revised projects (customer drawings, 3D models, quotes, customer PO).

• Process internal and external revisions and communicate with our teams the details of the revisions.

• Print drawings and distribute to shop work areas.

Qualifications

• Ready to learn all aspects of this position.

• Must be meticulous with job tasks.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.

• Strong computer skills.
