What we are looking for

  • Interest and previous exposure to both engineering and data management fields

  • Knowledge of building engineering systems and/or computerized management systems.

  • Ability to use MS Office products, specifically Excel for data tracking purposes

  • Ability to stand and walk around a multi-building facility for extended periods of time while conducting asset inventory activities

A Day in the Life

The Engineering Support Services Intern will be responsible for supporting the Asset Inventory Data process within the Real Estate Operations Engineering Services team.

Make an impact by

  • Ensuring the quality and standards of our asset inventory process

  • Acting as a liaison between IT and mechanical/electrical groups

  • Partnering with REO functions within the NYC facility and coordinating with IT partners
