Engineering Support Coordinator

This is a new opportunity within our Engineering team responsible for facilitating our Engineering documentation processes across multiple engineering disciplines as well as providing support on a variety of administrative projects.
Specific responsibilities include:
Acts as a change coordinator for development, release, and modification of product data within the PLM system for both standard and custom products.
Coordinates and maintains the approval and notification matrix for product change objects.
Completes specially assigned, department specific, administrative projects and tasks.
Responsible for the timely creation of identified department metrics.
Successful candidates should have a minimum of 3 5 years prior administrative experience or an Associates level degree.
Additional requirements include:
Basic knowledge of Engineering document control best practices
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of Applications
Strong problem-solving skills
