We are hiring an Engineering Supervisor for our award-winning, gated retirement community. This position is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the mechanical-related systems area.

We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position!

Compensation: $77,518.00 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

How you will make an impact:

• Carry out company policy and duties as directed by the Facility Manager.

• Supervise and train the engineering staff in the safe and efficient operation of the Central Plant and Energy Management Systems.

• Responsible for the preventative maintenance and major maintenance of Central Plant Machinery.

• Supervise and train the HVAC mechanics to do preventative maintenance, major maintenance, and emergency calls on all HVAC equipment campus-wide.

• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of energy savings operations.

• Formulate a "sequence of operations" to best utilize the central plant machinery.

• Maintain proper and adequate inventory of spare parts.

What you will need:

• High school diploma required.

• Stationary Engineer license preferred.

• 5+ years experience in operation and supervision of multi-boiler and multi-chiller installations.

• Knowledge of computerized energy management systems.
