In anticipation of favorable award of the Kirtland Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract, ASRC Federal NetcentricTechnologies, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a n Engineering Services Manager. This position is located at Kirtland AFB.
Key Role: perform administrative, managerial and supervisory duties for services and personnel pertaining Kirtland Engineering Operations Services functions provided through this contract and will be accountable for daily work assignments and end products and will be the company point of contact to the government representatives.
Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and ensuring all standards referenced herein are adhered to support stakeholder meetings, staff meetings, engineering meetings, and other program meetings, as required.
Perform Quality Assurance evaluation and analysis.
Possess AF acquisition expertise and shall be familiar with different strategies to successfully implement Engineering capabilities.
Develop tools and processes to track program cost, schedule, risk, and other performance indicators to include an integrated master schedule.
Develop and maintain resource loaded integrated master schedules for all CE programs to aid the program manager in effective decision making.
Provide ongoing planning, tracking and reporting, meeting support, communications and document support, information sharing, and cross-program coordination.
Identify and recommend risk management strategies to handle cost, schedule, and/or performance problems.
Perform program risk management analysis.
Provide engineering assessments, analyses, reviews, evaluations and recommendations pertaining to risk management strategies and plans, which will be used to identify, analyze, mitigate, track and control risks throughout the life cycle.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
BS Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management from a program certified by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) or from a program certified by the National Architecture Accrediting Board
The ESM shall have and maintain professional registration or as an architect, a minimum of five years experience in the engineering section of DoD civil engineer organization or a minimum of 10 years' experience in the engineering section of civil engineer organization at a major US military installation (Air Force experience is preferred).
The ESM shall have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory position
