About the Position:
The Engineering Project Lead will be responsible for supporting integrated product team leads in executing scope and delivering against project commitments for the XM30 vehicle.

9-80 Work Schedule (This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off)

Responsibilities Include:
Lead project planning, tracking and control activities
Conduct cost & schedule performance analyses and reporting
Coordinate schedule updates thru the BCR process
Manage staffing demand and actuals reporting
Support subcontractor management and related deliverables
Ensure work products and deliverables are completed on time and meet quality requirements
Manage and mitigate execution risks
Brief project leadership routinely on execution status
Requirements for the Position:
Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience.
10+ years of relevant experience
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to form and lead teams
Experience in leading design, development and integration of complex systems
Proven leadership skills and competencies
Ability to identify emerging risks and develop corrective actions and/or mitigation plans
Must have excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must have excellent business acumen and negotiating skills
This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible)
Ability to travel as needed
