Engineering Project Scheduler

Since 1917, Globe Machine has been a manufacturer of industrial machines, systems, and plants for advanced composites, building products, and pulp & paper.

The Engineering Project Scheduler works closely with engineering ensuring project data is organized and effectively communicated. This role also provides administrative and project coordination support to the organization ensuring projects remain on time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams through effective communication and provision of requested data to internal and external customers.

• Maintain and publish project schedules and follow-up on project schedule commitments.

• Exceed customer expectations by promptly responding to documentation requests and preparing and sending project transmittals in a timely manner.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven proficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word and Excel required.

• Working knowledge of MS Project desired.

• Ability to successfully collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers required.

• Proven attention to detail.

• Proven track record of being self-motivated, working with minimal supervision, and leading and partnering with diverse team members required.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently, retain a sense of urgency and meet strict timelines required.
