The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for successfully leading multidisciplinary teams executing environmental restoration projects at hazardous waste sites. Typical projects include site characterization, alternatives evaluation, remedy selection, remedial design, remedial construction, O&M, and optimization of impacted sites. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to our clients and will have a responsible position in leading teams and assisting in marketing our King of Prussia group.

ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL:
Work closely with clients to implement successful projects.
Market existing and potential clients and prepare proposals and qualification statements.
Oversee the identification and evaluation of remedial alternatives.
Supervise performance of conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses, and preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents
Direct preparation of construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates
Ensure standard engineering, scientific, and construction practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects
Perform projects in accordance with RCRA, CERCLA, UST, CWA and other appropriate state and federal regulations.
BS degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in the environmental restoration consulting market (3 years required in the Philadelphia market)
Professional registration (i.e., Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG)) is strongly preferred. New Jersey LSRP licensure preferred. PMP Certification a plus.
40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and current 8-hour refresher training is required. Other OSHA training is desirable.
Experience with governmental projects is mandatory.
Successful past performance directing and supervising subcontractors. Experience with Construction Management is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully bringing in and executing profitable assignments for clients and building key target client accounts is beneficial but not mandatory
Proven ability to lead preparation of key proposals and deliverables
