The Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall execution of engineering projects regarding budget, schedule, and functionality according to GMP, safety and environmental requirements.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to

Defines goals, scope and timeline of the project in addition to ensures necessary communication within the project engineering team (meetings, minutes, action items) and coordinates interfaces with other departments.

Coordinates with qualification team and quality organizations, according to valid SOPs and issues documentation according to site engineering requirements.

Writes, reviews or revises Standard Operating Procedures related to engineering systems and processes, writes and executes Change Controls in support of project execution, as well as writes or supports preparation of capital approval documents.

Interacts and executes asset enrollment in BMRAM system.

Leads the project team. Delegates responsibility to project team members while nominating the project team together with the project champion/customer and involved line management (Takes over the role of Project Engineer / Technical Project Manager for small and medium size projects).

Ensures project delivers required URS requirements while also ensuring compliance with rules and regulations of procurement and accounting, and purchases, tracks and reconciles items. In addition to ensuring readiness for inspections together with quality organizations

Is responsible for the execution of safety stops, risk analyses, construction site safety and correct management of authority issues (together with authority contact office)

Is responsible for the hand over incl. turnover documentation to the user organization.

Provide oversight and execution for all the various process driven change controls as it relates to the Manufacturing unit. This role requires strong collaboration with the Manufacturing Project Manager role within Operations to ensure priorities are being addressed in a timely manner to meet CTL019 and other Product Launch timelines. * Author all process related Change Controls for the Manufacturing unit. This includes ensuring they progress through the proper governance that at all changes related to critical compliance related activities (e.g. Health Authority commitments, Audit deliverables, etc.) require. • Ensure key business timelines are progressed through the appropriate stages and decisions are made to support the implementation of the change in a compliant manner. • Responsible for oversight of the day to day execution of the change management process controlling the lifecycle of all production changes to enable beneficial changes be made in a consistent, controlled manner. • Present Change Control(s) and faciliate CCRB discussions to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner to support and maintian timelines. • Support the Project Manager of Operations role by working closly to provide detailed Process Change updates so that both tracking & reporting systems as well as key site project plans are current and up to date. • The role requires a broad understanding of the organizational goals beyond one particular product and program. • Demonstrates the ability to be a change agent. This includes challenging the current status quo. Timely, clear, detailed, and accurate management, communication and reporting of change control progress Ensure the required regulatory, quality, & Safety processes are considered during all phases of change controls Effective alignment with overall change control priorities and PMO Management. Bachelor or equivalent degree Relevant GMP training A minimum of 1 -3 years of project management experience in a regulated cGMP environment. Operational excellence/improvement experience preferred Agile PLM experience preferred Experience in cell therapy manufacturing & aseptic processing preferred.
