Engineering Program Manager Location: Pittsburgh PA (Work from Office/ Day-1 onsite) Fulltime/Direct Hire Role Overview: The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, and execution of IT projects within the organization.

This role involves managing a team of engineers, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with business objectives, and who can talk as confident as a Java Full stack Architect, and play a Technical Project Manager role while managing the expectations of IT Managers & IT Directors from client organization very effectively. Skills & Experience: Technical Project Manager professional who has 5+ years of relevant Project management and execution experience At least 2+ yrs experience of leading / managing Java / Springboot / Micro services tech stack based Application development and support Lead and inspire a team of IT engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the successful planning and execution of projects. Collaborate with other stakeholders across Customer teams, Delivery, and Practice to ensure seamless delivery of commitment to customer with overall objectives of the engagement. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, & people management capabilities.

Identify and mitigate technical and project-related risks. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and minimize project disruptions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Direct the project team in estimation, analysing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and modifying software enhancements and/or new software of a large Application portfolio of Java / Springboot / Micro services tech stack based Applications.

Manage escalation and issue resolution for internal or external clients and stakeholders. Provide input and work with Customer in shaping project plans. Translate business problems into functional work estimates at the component level for current and future projects.

Mentor associates across the portfolio - Build a diverse high performance development team while mentoring and creating individual development plans for the team. Driving an operating model which supports teams working in short sprint cycles to experiment, develop a minimum viable product ("MVP"), and to incrementally add features to their existing solutions. Continuous improvement in reduction of the number of days to launch "MVP.

Identify and lead team-level quality and process improvement initiatives including Automation. Good understanding of Cloud Technologies. Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies.
