As a Program Manager, Retail Demo, you will engage with an experienced inter-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer product and product packaging. You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team to drive key aspects of product packaging definition, executive approvals, execution, test and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
The Engineering Program Manager, Retail Demo will lead internal inter-disciplinary teams from concept through the end of life of product processes. The candidate is responsible for creating the project plan, including the schedule in coordination with the US and International product certification process. Working closely with Product Management, Channel Marketing and Demo Software Teams, you will drive and motivate the cross-functional team to close on Demo product(s) requirements and deliver the Demo product(s) on time. You will be responsible for the coordination of the Demo factory builds and drive configuration management deliverables to ensure the timely release of all applicable Demo components to production. You will be accountable for global plans for the Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) through end of life of the product in coordination with Online and Offline Retail sales and product certification teams. You will also be responsible for creating the demo project plan, including the schedule in coordination with the US and International sales plans. This may include managing some amount of product development to support the launch into the Offline Retail space.
