Job Description
NPI & Engineering is focused on assuring our equipment and production processes are accomplished with safety, reliability, product quality and the confidentiality LEGO requires. NPI & Engineering Consist of 3 main areas: Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Novelties & Machine safety Group. We are responsible for defining the production processes, leading the proper introduction and launch of new products, installing new equipment, assuring safety equipment condition, supporting operational areas and control the layout of the operational area.
Core Responsibilities
Support daily activities that are key for Production areas to achieve the best performance and lead novelty introduction to the shop floor (data collection, administration of master samplers, reporting, routing, etc). Assuring that the required paperwork is available for mass production.
Colonial Hights, VA (LVA) manufacturing site.
