The Engineering Operations Coordinator is a proactive member of the Operations Team responsible for leading and executing the implementation of projects of moderate technical scope, and providing general project management support to the operations team.
Responsible for leading the implementation of Engineering Change Orders, Non-Conformance reports, Manufacturing Instructions/Procedures, etc. via active interfacing with engineering, operations, purchasing, etc.
Lead technical projects of moderate scope, under the general guidance and supervision of engineering
Timely and effective implementation of assigned projects via frequent meetings with Manufacturing/Engineering personnel
Collect engineering/operations Data and generate reports, under the general supervision of engineering
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions and provide recommendations for operational improvements
Other duties may be assigned as required
Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience executing the above listed responsibilities preferred
Must be familiar with the following or proficient with operating similar software: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Skill and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Technical or Project Management discipline
Project Management Skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
An aptitude to perform detail oriented work requiring a high degree of accuracy along with timely processing. Ability to recognize issues and offer recommendations to resolve the. High proficiency in computer skills with the ability to generate department metrics and perform data comparisons as needed.
