Engineering Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptional Software Engineering Manager to join their team based in San Francisco, CA. This role involves end-to-end ownership of a product, working closely with product and design teams to set standards and ensure high-quality outcomes. The Software Engineering Manager will lead a proficient full-stack unit responsible for a cloud-native product. Additionally, this role encompasses overseeing both the current product and the development of next-generation AI-powered functionalities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager.

• At least 8 years of full-stack development experience.

• Proven expertise in developing and optimizing engineering processes.

• Strong project management skills ensuring project adherence to timelines and objectives.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills essential for team management and growth.

• Confidence in making informed decisions even in ambiguous situations.
