Engineering Manager - Essential Services

Full Time, Onsite, M-F schedule

Committed to delivering high-quality products and solutions that meet the critical needs of clients worldwide we're seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions. The Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful on-time delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering team, ensuring robust and innovative solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Define and prioritize engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in engineering design and development.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to ensure successful validation and certification of products.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate engineering processes, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Present engineering updates and project status to senior management.
  • Act as a relationship builder & fixer, fostering positive working relationships & communication with clients, subcontractors, and companywide.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline; Colorado School of Mines graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in engineering-related fields; experience with software and electrical engineering preferred.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, Agile Project Management, CAD, Microsoft Office software and other engineering software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively. To include aspects of subcontractor management, assembly line logistics, new product development, project management, public relations (PR), and client-facing interactions.

Preferred

  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
  • Management and mentoring skills with the ability to provide guidance and support to team members and direct reports.

Location: Lakewood, CO - Denver Metropolitan Front Range
