Partner with the best

As a Engineering Manager, you will drive the cost of quality and service delivery indicators to improve our product line productivity. You will provide support to field incident review boards for service delivery incidents to implement corrective actions and mitigate recurrence. You will support special projects for our organization to improve our delivery and execution.

As a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage

• Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.

• Handles complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.

• Handles important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side .

• Leading a team of 20 plus direct reports

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferably in Engineering

• Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Field Service and Technical Advising.

• 2 years' experience working with Drilling Services product line

• 2 years experience with client relations

• Oil filed experience is preferred.

• Prior experience leading a team
